    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
    • ½ cup milk
    • 2 tablespoons cream
    • 1 egg (large)
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon allspice
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced)
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • ½ yellow onion (minced)
    • 1 clove garlic (minced)
    • 1 pound ground chicken
    • 1½ pound ground chuck
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (*See NOTE for an optional thickener)
    • 14.5 ounces low sodium beef broth
    • 14.5 ounces low sodium chicken broth
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • ¾ cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon Beef Instant Bouillon Granules (I use Wyler’s)
    • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • Salt (if needed. Taste first.)
    • 1-2 tablespoons parsley (minced)
    • Lingonberry Jam or Cranberry Sauce
