    Ingredients

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
    • 1/3 cup juice from 2 lemons, divided
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
